Enhance adapter usage entries

Description:

To better be able to understand the adapter usage, would be useful if some additional information could be logged for the the logs of Push and pull in particular, but probably extendable to the other adapter callers as well:

For both push and pull:

• Log type of adapter provided (most critical)
• Log if active

For pull:

• Log the Request used
  • Type of request minimum
  • For filter request useful if type is logged

For push:

• Log PushType provided
• Log types of of objects being pushed (can be very useful, but also understandable if this is skipped, as slightly heavier to log)
