The rename was intended in PR #5 but my commit landed after the squash-merge, so only the revert + badge changes made it to main. This PR delivers the heading rename on its own.

Summary
Renames the section heading from "Wall of Honour" to "Our Contributors" for a friendlier framing on the org profile.
This change was intended to ship with PR #5, but my commit landed after the squash-merge of #5, so only the revert + badge changes made it to main. This PR delivers just the heading rename.
What changes
Two occurrences in `scripts/generate_wall_of_honour.py` (`render_wall`'s empty + populated states):
```diff
Wall of Honour
Our Contributors
```
Internal terminology (script filename `generate_wall_of_honour.py`, workflow `wall-of-honour.yml`, module docstring) preserved for stability.
