Adds a Terraform quickstart sample demonstrating Microsoft Entra ID integration with Kubernetes RBAC for an existing AKS cluster. The sample creates Entra groups and users, configures namespace-scoped access for dev and sre, and includes validation, access verification, and cleanup instructions.
