What changed in this PR
Refreshes DNS and autoscaler container images cached by AgentBaker’s VHD builds to the requested rebuild tags.
Changes:
- Updates four CoreDNS image tags, leaving
v1.11.3-41unchanged. - Updates two cluster-proportional-autoscaler tags and the addon-resizer tag.
- Reclassifies the E2E protobuf dependency as direct without changing its version.
