2.39 version release notes update

Fix

Replaces the draft 2.39 release notes in fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/changelogs/default.txt with user-facing copy for the Play Store.

At code freeze, the release bot copied the 2.39 section of RELEASE-NOTES.txt into this file. That text is a developer bullet list with GitHub links, and it has almost 1,000 characters. The Play Store limit is 500, and we keep the English copy under about 350 characters so that the translations also fit.

New copy (334 characters):

All styles, including the pure-black AMOLED style, are now available to everyone. You can now search your collaborators, and typing in very large notes is faster. We also updated the app for Android 16 with support for the predictive back gesture, and fixed autocorrect on Samsung devices and issues with the History and Share sheets.

Please review the wording. Merge this PR before complete_code_freeze runs. That lane copies this file into Simplenote/metadata/PlayStoreStrings.pot. After the backmerge to trunk, a wpcom job imports the .pot file into GlotPress for translation.

No change to RELEASE-NOTES.txt is needed. This PR only changes the Play Store release notes for 2.39.
