.github/workflows/notify-failure.yml: à la fin de « CI - docs », si le run est en échec, une carte est postée dans le canal Teams « Alertes CI » (webhook du connecteur Workflows). Aucun message en cas de succès. Le workflow peut aussi être lancé à la main (workflow_dispatch) pour tester l'alerte.Linked issue

TEAMS_WEBHOOK_URL(déjà créé). Le workflow ne se déclenche qu'après fusion surmain; le nom listé dansworkflows:doit correspondre exactement auname:du workflow.
