Proposed Changes

• Remove the FAQ answer that says not to use pyproject.toml.
• Show the Pylance settings as keys to merge into settings.json, otherwise it implies adding a dictionary into a dictionary.
• Import fastlite where a copied snippet calls database(), and say that a Railway deploy must list fastlite in requirements.txt.
• From httpx to httpx2.
• Fix some encountered typos, give the Jupyter localhost link an http scheme, and drop the repeated opening sentence.
