What does this PR do?

Implements atomic, graph-validated transaction transitions and account-scoped customer storage. Adds the standard SEP-10 /auth JSON flow while preserving legacy routes, and rolls back background services when startup fails.

How to test?

Run bun test (expected: all 510 tests pass) and bun run build. Focused lint passes for the changed TypeScript files. Full bun run lint currently reports repository-wide Prettier CRLF findings; bun run typecheck also reports an existing typing error in tests/runtime/transaction-watcher.unit.test.ts.

Checklist

  • My code follows the code style of this project.
  • I have added tests for my changes.
  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
  • I have run bun run test and bun run lint locally.
