• Types plugin hooks and defines the initial deposit status-transition graph.
• Adds PostgreSQL CI integration checks and atomic webhook deduplication.

How to test?

• bun test — 340 passed; 4 PostgreSQL tests skipped locally without DATABASE_URL.
• bun run build and bunx tsc --noEmit — passed.
• CI provisions PostgreSQL and runs the adapter integration assertions.
