What does this PR do?

Documents current runtime behavior and product acceptance gates, adds a token-safe npm release preflight, and configures SEP-10 challenges to use the required home-domain auth operation.

How to test?

• node scripts/check-doc-acceptance.mjs — passes with Documentation acceptance checks passed.
• bun test tests/core/config.test.ts tests/core/config-validation-improvements.test.ts tests/mvp-express.integration.test.ts tests/example-express-app.test.ts tests/example-readme-env-vars.test.ts tests/types.test.ts — 184 tests pass.
• bun run build — passes.
• bunx prettier --check ... on changed files — passes.

Checklist

• My code follows the code style of this project.
• I have added tests for my changes.
• I have updated the documentation accordingly.
• I have run bun run test and bun run lint locally. The full suite timed out in an example-app lifecycle hook during a concurrent run; bun run lint reports existing line-ending and lint issues outside the focused changes.
