Scanning retinal images to conclude whether two images refer to the same individual or not. Created in collaboration with @Hades595 as part of a final project for a University paper.
Accuracy is 99%
The version of OpenCV used was version 4.2.
Program retuns "1" when two retinal images are the same individual, "0" otherwise.
The database used is also included in this repository. Please feel free to test the program with another dataset of retinal images.
