Rebuilds the desktop workspace shell from the approved Option 1 prototype on top of the latest main, superseding #508 with one clean commit.
Gives Repositories, Releases, Forks, Gists, Discovery, and Settings route-owned context sidebars. Repository categories now appear only in Repositories.
Keeps the top-level tabs and applies a desktop workspace layout: full-width shell, fixed context sidebar, document scrolling, and a consistent 1440px content grid.
Unifies page headers, list/grid views, toolbars, controls, filters, empty states, dialogs, spacing, typography, borders, and light/dark surfaces across every route.
Preserves theme presets, light/dark switching, custom accent/radius/font, sorting, AI-analysis/original-description switching, filters, pagination, bulk actions, release sources/pre-release controls, settings matrices, and all existing business flows.
Uses the existing React/Tailwind/Radix/shadcn stack and semantic tokens. No new UI framework, dependency, lockfile, Docker, Compose, nginx, server static-serving, CSP, or environment-variable changes.
Adds route-ownership, sidebar, settings, release, repository, fork, README mobile TOC, and regression tests.

No store keys, persistence versions, migrations, backend APIs, or deployment configuration changed.
