Removed the legacy services/data-ngin/src/main.py entry point and updated the data-ngin README to remove stale instructions that referenced main.py.

Also found sub issue in data-ngin README: clone instructions read git clone https://github.com/AlgoGators/data-ngin.git but now we work in a single repo. I changed this within this PR.
