hack/pin-dependency.sh golang.org/x/net v0.60.0 + hack/update-vendor.sh. Fixes the Go stdlib CVEs fixed in 1.27.2 and the golang.org/x/net http2 CVEs fixed in v0.60.0 that trivy flags on the shipped kubectl binary. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

hack/pin-dependency.sh+hack/update-vendor.sh(vendor/ refreshed and committed this time), and the go directive to 1.27.2 in go.mod, go.work and all staging modules, so release CI ships the Go stdlib fixes.trivy 2026-10 flags kubectl in gitlab-chart's gitlab-binary image with 18 fixable CVEs: 13 stdlib (fixed in 1.27.2, e.g. CVE-2026-78667, CVE-2026-97031, CVE-2026-94439) and 5 golang.org/x/net (fixed in v0.60.0, e.g. CVE-2026-78669, CVE-2026-78663).
