Fixes the Go stdlib CVEs fixed in 1.27.2 (CVE-2026-78667, CVE-2026-78669, CVE-2026-97031, CVE-2026-56866, CVE-2026-94439, CVE-2026-94448, ...) and the golang.org/x/net http2 CVEs fixed in v0.60.0 (CVE-2026-78669, CVE-2026-78663, CVE-2026-97032, ...) that trivy flags on the shipped binary. - golangci-lint: prebuilt v2.11 binaries are built with Go 1.26 and refuse a Go 1.27 module; build v2.14.0 from source (install-mode: goinstall). Drop the deprecated no-op net.Dialer.DualStack it flags (SA1019). - verify_blob_test: timestamp-authority v2 verifies the TSA chain at the timestamp time and its mock cert is only valid from now-3m, so stamping at now-1h failed; use upstream's -10m leaf / -1m timestamp. - e2e: timestamp-authority v2 requires default-policy-oid and accepted-policy-oids; set them like its own test server does. - validate-release: golang-cross 1.26-bullseye (Go 1.26, stale bullseye-security sources -> apt 404) -> 1.27-bullseye-pgo. Bumps golang.org/x/net → v0.60.0 (go get + go mod tidy) and the go directive to 1.27.2, so release CI (setup-go go-version-file) ships the Go stdlib fixes.
