Show all worktrees for the selected project by default, including those with no agent sessions or shells. If the current default is intentional, add a persistent Show all worktrees toggle in Settings and the configuration file.
In v0.38.0, worktrees without cards are omitted from the grid. Keeping them visible would provide an overview of the project's checkouts and allow selecting one before starting a session.
The new delete_empty_worktree setting controls cleanup when deleting the last card. A visibility option would also cover empty checkouts that are kept.
