Removes deploy/fly.sh, docs/fly.md, the README section and every Fly.io mention, and start.sh's AGENT_OFFICE_SSHD_PORT (only fly.sh set it). Thanks for putting this together, and for untangling the conflicts with the Dokploy deploy so carefully! I'm going to close this one though. The Fly.io deploy (#179) was added on purpose and we smoke-tested it before merging. I resolved the conflicts by keeping all the Dokploy text and removing only the Fly.io parts.
