feat(registry): seed 26 verified 2026 AI-agent failure cases - #59
Merged
Conversation
Adds batch 4 of source-cited incidents spanning January to August 2026, covering agent sandbox escapes, MCP and coding-agent CVEs, AI supply chain compromises, and AI litigation and regulatory actions. Case numbers are derived from the highest number on file plus one, matching lib/db/case-number.ts, with retry on unique violations. Adds workday, semantic-kernel and mcp to the agents constant.

The seed script derives case numbers from the highest number on file plus one, matching
lib/db/case-number.ts, and retries on unique-index violations. Verified after the run: 69 rows, 69 distinct case numbers, zero nulls.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
