Adds a short CodeAF announcement block near the bottom of the README: the DeepSWE benchmark chart (loaded from CodeAF's dev branch), a few lines on what CodeAF is, and links to the repo and its benchmark section. It also notes that PR-AF ships inside CodeAF as its review subharness.

UTM tracking

The CodeAF links go through the tracked https://agentfield.ai/github/codeaf/ redirect, which forwards to github.com/Agent-Field/CodeAF, instead of linking to GitHub directly:

Link UTM tags
Chart image, CodeAF name, Try CodeAF utm_source=github-readme&utm_campaign=pr-af-readme&utm_id=pr-af-readme-codeaf-repo
See the benchmark utm_source=github-readme&utm_campaign=pr-af-readme&utm_id=pr-af-readme-codeaf-benchmark (keeps #benchmarks)

README only. No other files change.
