Added Frames to Ice Palace

- A build renders as frames: the Palace before it, then after each
  placement with the stock dwindling below, then the game as it stands,
  all on the final board's layout so the board holds still.
- The cells the last move placed into are outlined with the dashed
  enter annotation: the Yard cell of a placement, or the Palace cells of
  a build (the one just placed on each frame, and pending placements
  while a build is entered).
- A move-table round closes when a hand ends, so the final cycle of
  passes stays on one row and the build gets a row of its own.
- An empty Yard or Palace is founded only at its origin, as a click
  already did; a typed move could found it anywhere.
- The render is split into the board's stacks, the areas below it and
  the overlays, and frames are drawn from a view of the board instead of
  by swapping the game's own state. Renders are otherwise unchanged.
