Turbulence: entering a cloud costs an additional height, applied after the maneuver's normal height change; a plane already at height 0 crashes instead. Planes are exempt until they first occupy a non-cloud cell, so clouds on a starting hex can't trap every entering plane. Concealed fire: planes may shoot from inside a cloud, though shots still cannot enter or pass through cloud cells. Both variants are marked experimental pending dev-server testing before they're exposed in production. I've tested them both on the developer playground, including continuing to play states from existing games.
