The root CLAUDE.md only imported AGENTS.md and pointed at the test guide, so it goes. The test guide moves from tests/CLAUDE.md to tests/AGENTS.md, and the four places that link it (AGENTS.md, the CI-workflows skill, the coverage-hunter agent and the Coverage failure message in build/Build.cs) point there.
