There is only one change implicated in this release, and that is to allow comparison with other models on any dates when using the Forecast Checker tool. Previously, the switch that allowed comparison with hub models was un-clickable when the forecast dates were in the future, now it allows comparison at any date (and if there are no models to compare, every option will simply be grayed out).
