Adds a Marketplace / Open VSX icon to the VSCode extension ahead of its first publish.

  • icon.png: 256×256 render of the Noto Emoji 🪄 magic wand, the same artwork gql.tada's website uses as its icon
  • package.json: "icon": "icon.png"
  • scripts/package.mjs: copy icon.png into the staging dir so it lands in the .vsix
  • LICENSE.md: Apache 2.0 attribution for the Noto Emoji artwork

Verified with pnpm --filter vscode-graphqlsp package: the vsix now includes extension/icon.png.

Uses the Noto Emoji magic wand (Apache 2.0), the same artwork as the
gql.tada website icon, attributed in the extension's LICENSE.md.
