Adds Agrus Scanner to Networking, in alphabetical position (before Fiddler), using the existing
* [Name](link) - description [![Open-Source Software][oss]](repo)format.Native C#/WPF (no Electron) network scanner for Windows 10/11: ping sweep, TCP port scan, DNS, CSV export, plus detection of 70+ AI/ML services and MCP servers with model/GPU/container details. Open source (MIT); MSI, exe and dll are Authenticode-signed; detection signatures self-update through a signed feed. Also runs as an MCP server for AI agents. 1.0 after a year of releases, 111 hand-written detection signatures, 43 automated tests.
