chore: prepare v1.35.3 release

Patch: the terminal's bottom row was being sliced in half (the fit was
measuring a box the terminal could not draw in), a session switch no longer
makes the screen redraw over itself, and Claude usage says how old its
numbers are — and offers the sign-in — instead of quietly showing a
percentage nobody has been able to refresh. Two silent link defects: a
reconnect now repaints what it missed, and a machine being worked on
remotely no longer powers itself off.
