Create a data model level distinction between templated and untemplated render methods.

Currently, it's unclear why nfc is a renderSuite of the TemplateRenderMethod when there is no explanation of the templating system used to create it nor of what shape a "template" might take (in template) for a binary value to be generated.

Consequently, an alternative for "untemplated" render methods seems in order.

I think the current approach in the generalized HTML Renderer, and probably other renderers, is not going to make a distinction between templated/untemplated: #42

Whether or not something is "untemplated" or not is up to the render engine (such as the HTML Render Method) -- you just pass data in and the render engine uses it in whatever way it wants to.
