test(deploy): forward e2e credentials through the test:all task allowlist

vp run passes only a task's declared env vars to it, so the live e2e credentials
never reached vp test run and the suite skipped even with the secrets injected
(both workers reported keys=[VOID_E2E_CF_TOKEN] — the token matched a default,
the account id and run id did not). Declare all three in the test:all task's
untrackedEnv so they reach the test process without busting the task cache.
