Add support for package titletoc

Thank you for this great package!

Using the titletoc package, it is possible to generate a partial table of contents for a specific chapter using

\startcontents[chapters]
\printcontents[chapters]{}{1}{}

I love the toc option in tabfigures and would really enjoy a similar option for titletoc.
