@OnGle and I have just realized that the turnkey-init-fence service is always running by default now...
I'm pretty sure that it's an unintended implication of the inithook packaging improvements/updates that I made, but obviously I overlooked something and/or it didn't work as I intended.
The init-fence running by default until initialization has occurred is probably a good thing (although not how it was historically) but we need to make sure that the inithooks disable it...!
