Moving non GS windows to workspaces broken

When I use the sub menu to the Window menu for non-GS apps to move them to other workspaces, always the active window is moved, even if the menu in which I click on this does not belong to it.

This may be caused by a deeper problem, app menus shown for applications that do not have the focus.

Fixed by disabling "Windows" submenu for not active application. App menu may be called by right click on appicon so this change makes sense anyway. Please try again.
