SHIFT+ESCAPE doesn't work in parasite

Is this fixable? The BRK service call is never made if the BRK happens in the parasite.

And on a related subject, the comment about poll_shift (and therefore poll_key) being called by the service routine are kind of irrelevant.

This is OK for the non-HI ROM. It's all assembled to $8000.

This is OK for the relocatable ROM. The code that runs on the host is all built for $8000.

It's bad for the HI ROM, because the routine address is bogus. But it's ok, because there's a .if !HI to strip it out.
