Can I use opencode-mem as a best practices repository? What I want is that, whenever I'm using Opencode, it uses the vector database opencode-mem provides to retrieve a series of best development practices/examples of proper usage of the libraries I frequently use. If so, I want to know how to inject this documentation to opencode-mem (a group of Markdown documents, maybe?).
