fix(google): lock google-cloud-bigquery, the new BigQueryContainer dependency
pyproject.toml's `google` extra already declared google-cloud-bigquery>=3
(added alongside BigQueryContainer), but uv.lock was never regenerated to
include it. CI runs `uv sync --frozen`, which installs strictly from the
lock and silently skips anything declared only in pyproject.toml, so the
google test suite failed at collection with "ImportError: cannot import
name 'bigquery' from 'google.cloud' (unknown location)" once the run was
actually approved and executed.
Verified the fix directly: `google-cloud-bigquery` had zero entries in
uv.lock before this (`google-cloud-pubsub` had 3), and a plain
`from google.cloud import bigquery` succeeds once the package is actually
installed. Regenerating picked up google-cloud-bigquery plus its new
transitive deps (google-crc32c, google-resumable-media, pyopenssl); the
rest of the diff is uv normalizing marker precision on existing,
unrelated packages (no version changes) -- a newer uv than whatever
produced the committed lock writes more specific per-package markers.
