Hi Temporal Team,
Would it be possible to publish either a Docker image or a tagged binary release for the OMES tool (e.g., via GitHub Releases)?

Having an official image available would be a huge help for anyone evaluating or integrating OMES into their workflows — especially in environments with stricter 3rd-party policies or CI/CD constraints.

Thanks for the issue! We'll leave the issue open for when we do this one day, but at the moment we aren't looking to make versioned releases of this tool. Rather, we still recommend building as needed for now (but feel free to make your own docker image from a build if preferred over go run approach).
