The script Configure-Policies.ps1 won't remove the "Do you trust this printer" prompt. The script will block connections to the servers which are not defined but Windows doesn't trust the defined servers.

Should the script work after Microsoft's PrintNightmare updates?

The current version of the script Configure-Policies.ps1 won't disable the "Do you trust this printer" prompt.

To remove the prompt one need to set key RestrictDriverInstallationToAdministrators to 0.

have used the Configure-Policies.ps1 and set value to 0
then add printers with Install-Printers.ps1
then 3rd script to change back to 1 assuming we want to keep MS mitigation of restricting driver installs to Admins.

As a test, I removed the printers added from script Install-Printers.ps1
standard user was still able to add the printers back again manually or via script RMM runs as logged in user while this registry value RestrictDriverInstallationToAdministrators was set to 1
No prompts for the standard user on host.

from what I'm guessing, script Configure-Policies.ps1 has allowed the print server along with additional reg keys added and previous run of adding the network shared printers has added anything additional they needed.
so if needed users can remove and readd these printers as much as they want.
