From cb92dfe9021f3a4c8ffe8f63ce700a0f443b40e1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: CodeGraph Test Date: Thu, 1 Oct 2026 22:02:53 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] build: update the pinned Rust toolchain to 1.98.0 rust-toolchain.toml, every CI and release job, the scaffold placeholder, and the MSRV (Cargo rust-version and clippy msrv) move from 1.96 to 1.98 together, as #271 set them.
