Link to package code coverage from website API documentation

Once we support better navigation, we should consider linking to code coverage reports for each package from the website API documentation.

Doing so might provide a means for encouraging contributions in the form of additional tests to ensure full branch coverage.

@vtushar06 Thanks for your interest in working on this. As mentioned in the OP, a prerequisite is having better navigation in the coverage website (ref: #2). Without this, hard to move this issue forward.
