Stars not getting updated

Many of my themes have more stars now but the site is still showing the old count.
For example:

Deleting data/themes.json before running npm run deploy seems to fix this issue, at least locally.
Fresh data are fetched, including Github starts, but the rebuild takes a looong time

I'm running a fork[1] and found a way to update the stats:

• delete data/themes.json
• refresh the Github token
• define X-GitHub-Api-Version in scripts/build/github.js (see the following commit)

I don't know if all these steps are required, please report your test results and I'll do the same.
