Add tags to blogs

With the increasing number of posts, we believe that it may be beneficial for the students/whoever is visiting our page to be able to filter the blogs by some categories/tags.

## Acceptance criteria:
- [x] Add tags to each posts 
- [x] Make tags visible on the post
- [x] Make tags visible on posts/blogs page
- [ ] Add the ability to filter by tags and years on UI
