Ambiguous use of 'workflow' on 'Modeling Complex Workflows' page #900

Description

@markoa

A new customer has reported this as one of the small issues they faced while setting up their first project.

They wanted to set up parallel blocks, and don't recall exactly on which page they got confused about what is a workflow and what is a pipeline. But I'm pretty sure it's https://docs.semaphoreci.com/essentials/modeling-complex-workflows/.

I see a few issues:

1/ The title Workflows and Pipelines is meaningless.

2/ The body of the page uses the word 'workflow' only twice:

Using block dependencies, you can model any kind of complex workflow.

AFAIK here workflow doesn't refer to Semaphore's concept of workflow but in general.

In a monorepo workflow, you need to run multiple pipelines...

Same.
