Import from standard file types

I want to be able to convert a standard document type (eg. an already existing doc, or one generated via export) to a new hyperdb.

• markdown with bibtex
• html
• docx ?
• epub ?
• pdf ?

Regarding bibtex - It might be worth looking at these mappings here - http://bibtex2rdf.sourceforge.net/#mapping_configuration

Although this is part of the broader question around which vocabulary to adopt to represent bibliographic data in the hyperreadings db. See - #44
