Subject: [PATCH] Add PKI and identity toolkit cards

Added two external project cards to the landing page and included the related artwork assets: a certificate icon for PKI Toolkit and an SVG identity illustration for Identity Toolkit. Each card links to the corresponding GitHub Pages project and describes the tool's purpose.
