Participant sort order

There should be a way to sort participants by handle, display name, and blog count.
This will help some parts of the class where priority is given to people with more blog posts.

on the main participants page, having a setting to reorder the participants by their count descending would help TAs and profs in the future see what students are behind on their coursework.
