web-pdb uses IPv6 on OSX 15.3.2

When using the addon on OSX 15.3.2, the AsyncWsgiServer class starts a IPv6 WSGIServer instance:

Web-PDB: starting web-server on 1.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.ip6.arpa:5555

Although the corresponding interface has IPv6 set to "Off" in the OSX system settings for this NIC.

Host's IP address is determined using a Python standard library function. Unfortunately, it's beyond my control even if it's buggy.
