Add a Blockly Workspace Widget without Categories

Please provide a workspace that does not require Categories, since opening the categories in the early tutorial levels is really annoying :)

I guess since Blockly is in the global var space we would need to add a switching mechanism and load/unload Blockly once when switching between workspace mode of categories and no categories... :/
