av: tolerate sha256 drift of GitHub-generated archive tarballs
The vendored-source collector failed on lamer, whose github.com /archive/ tarball no longer matches the hash pinned in pyav-ffmpeg's pkg.py (GitHub regenerates these on demand). Warn instead of failing for that class of URL; keep failing for every other host.
