Subject: [PATCH] Release process: Breaking items of the Max checklist shipped
 in max-v0.3.0

The "after shipping" step of the process: the mc. rename (#21) and the root
mode change (#19) went out with max-v0.3.0, so the Max checklist no longer
lists them as pending.
