Argocd fails to install the CRDs as Helm Chart apiVersion is v1

Change the version in helm chart to apiVersion: v2

What is the error from argocd? According to the helm docs https://helm.sh/docs/topics/charts/#the-apiversion-field the v1 should be valid.
