open Location references in Kindle Web Reader instead of trying to launch the kindle app

I would prefer if location references tried to open in the kindle web reader rather than in the app.
instead of
https://readwise.io/to_kindle?action=open&asin=B00L45NXF4&location=560
which launches a kindle:// APP URL which wants to open the kindle app

have the option to go instead to the web reader:
https://read.amazon.com/?asin=B00L45NXF4&location=560
